How do I book an e-bike?
Go to the Rent page and pick an e-bike, then choose short-term or long-term if it offers both. Short-term bookings are paid online and you collect the bike with a pickup code. Long-term rentals start with a request that we review before sending a payment link.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking from the My Orders page before the rental start time. Please refer to our Terms of Service for cancellation policies.
Where do I collect the e-bike?
From the RedVolt store you choose when you book. Show the pickup code we email you to the staff; helmets are provided at pickup.
