Step 1
Choose a bike and a plan
Depending on the bike, rent short-term, from half a day to two weeks at a fixed price, or long-term on a 4, 8 or 12+ week plan, billed every 4 weeks with optional theft protection. The longer the plan, the lower the weekly price.
Step 2
Book online
Short-term: sign the agreement and pay when you book. Long-term: send a request and we email you the rental agreement and a payment link. You can book as a guest.
Step 3
Collect your bike
Show the pickup code we email you at the RedVolt store you chose, and collect your bike. Helmets are provided.

How is the rental fee calculated?: Short-term plans have a fixed price, from half a day to two weeks, paid once when you book. Long-term rentals have a weekly price that drops the longer you commit, billed every 4 weeks. Prices depend on the e-bike.
What is the deposit for?: A refundable deposit is paid with your first payment. It covers potential damage or loss. The deposit is returned after the bike is inspected upon return.
Do I need to create an account?: Not to book online. You can continue as a guest: we confirm your email with a code. Short-term guests sign the agreement and pay straight away. Long-term guests get the agreement and a payment link by email once we have reviewed the request. With a free account you can track your rentals in one place.
Is there an age requirement?: You must be at least 18 years old to rent an e-bike. Valid photo identification may be required at pickup.
